The Management trainee (MT) programme at Unilever offers a comprehensive and rigorous one year agenda that aims to develop future leaders by exposing the individuals to key areas of the company. It challenges you from the time you fill in your application, during assessment stages, presenting yourself in front of the key decision makers and finally through a comprehensive rotation plan in different areas of the company. In short, throughout the MT programme you will get the opportunity to work on exciting yet challenging assignments with various managers, which will provide you with invaluable insights into how the entire organization works.

• Fresh Graduates

• Masters or 4 year Bachelor Degrees

• Not more than 27 years of age
