Recruitment process

The Management Trainee Programme

How to apply

Good leaders are rare, and do not evolve overnight. That is primarily why Unilever's Management Trainee (MT) programme goes through a rigorous selection process when selecting trainees and then invests an entire year training them in all key areas of the company, thus nurturing them into well rounded professionals.

The application process for the 2011 Management Trainee Programme will end on 31st January 2011.

Interested candidates who are fresh graduates and less than 28 years old, with at least a four year degree may apply by filling the application form no later than 31st January 2011.

Create Profile

The first thing you must do is create your profile online by filling in the application form. It’s quite long but it allows you to present a complete picture of your talents, interests and ambitions.

Upload your CV and submit your application against the position of your choice. Please make sure you do so before the closing date. In order to be fair to everybody, applications received after that date will not be considered.

It would also be advisable for you to sign up for Job Alerts. The Job Alerts form allows you to identify your areas of interest i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, CSR, Marketing etc so that when there is a vacancy that matches your area of interest, you will automatically be notified by us through an email. You can then revisit our website and apply against that position.

The interview

Once your application is received, you will be notified by our talent team via an email detailing the way forward. Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it fulfills the requirements for the position, we will contact you to arrange an interview.
