Nutrition & health symposia
The Unilever Food and Health Research Institute each year organises an international nutrition and health symposium (former Unilever Health Institute symposium).
An arena for global nutrition & health experts
Translating nutrition science into consumer action requires extensive discussions between scientific experts and representatives from public health organisations, consumer interest groups, regulatory bodies and the food industry. They are brought together during the annual Unilever Food and Health Research Institute (former Unilever Health Institute) symposia to discuss global issues from both a public health and a consumer demand perspective. The Symposium Series booklets capture the in-depth presentations and discussions during these symposia.
